Personal Best

Chainsaw / Candy-Ass CAR 11 LP/CD/Cassette, released 1994 (U.S.)

Jealous Butcher Records JB175-LP / JB175-CS, released 2019 (U.S.)

A truly excellent album. Over time, this record has become one of my favorite albums of all time. This is the one that really hooked me on this band. Joint release on Chainsaw (Donna Dresch's label) and Candy-Ass (Jody Bleyle's label). The original release was on black vinyl.

In 2019, Team Dresch's albums got remastered and re-pressed. This one was on three colors: lavender (Jealous Butcher mail order only, limited to 300 copies), clear with black and yellow splatter (indie store exclusive, limited to 300 copies), and black. All are still reasonably priced for the moment.
