Exactly what the title says - RFTC covers two songs by the Music Machine. Originally released as a 5", then later as a 7". The 5" and 7" are easy to find on black vinyl, but there were also some copies of the 5" made on pink marble vinyl. The number of pink copies had been previously reported at 300, but Long Gone John of Sympathy told me that he pressed somewhere between 100 and 200 of those. The 5" is 33 RPM and the 7" is 45 RPM.
