Pure Genius b/w Lift and Love

Drunken Fish DF-05, released 1993

I thought this single was cut and dry...at first. It was always very simple - black and clear copies exist, with the clear copies much rarer and more expensive. There have been different reports of the pressing numbers, but we don't know the actual numbers. Norm made contact with the owner of Drunken Fish, and to his memory, there were 1200 black and 300 color copies, but did not fully recall.

Here's the fun part: a red copy has surfaced. Thanks to Norm, who unearthed this one...I had always suspected that there were pink copies floating around, as many of the clear copies have streaks of pink mixed in. Anyway, I have no idea how many red ones are actually out there. I do know it is very few. I have tracked down a pink copy as well - it is a mix of clear and red vinyl, and the effect is pink. It actually appears much more solidly pink throughout than the scan below would indicate. The values listed for the red and pink copies are purely conjecture. Blame Norm...this was all straightforward until he got involved.
