Moon Ska resurrected the New York Beat brand for a follow-up compilation in 1997. This one did not carry the weight of the first, but is still definitely worth tracking down. There are a few great exclusive tracks. Only available on CD. It was released under a different name (and with different artwork) in Japan - there, it was called This Are Moon Ska Vol. 2 NY Beat. This is not to be confused with the U.S. promo CD called This Are Moon Ska! Volume 2 - that one was totally different.
