This was an important double disc compilation, released in 1996. All proceeds went to benefit Home Alive, an anti-violence organization based in Seattle. Home Alive was formed following the horrifying death of Mia Zapata of The Gits, who was raped and murdered in 1993. Fittingly, the comp has a heavy Seattle focus, and some of the songs on here are fantastic. The Love Battery track was "Color Blind", which was exclusive until it was included much later on the Confusion Au Go Go album. The comp was never issued on vinyl - it was released as a double CD and double cassette in several countries.
