Red alert: new Archers of Loaf recordings! In 2020! This made me so happy. So often, when a band records something after many years away, it falls a little short of what you would want it to be. Archers of Loaf put out two new singles in 2020 with three originals and one cover. I tought two of those originals were fantastic and the other was fine. This was supposed to be the first of the two 7"s to be released. It was set for Record Store Day, but Record Store Day 2020 fell victim to the pandemic, so it didn't actually get released until the August RSD drop later in the year. The digital single came out when it was supposed to, though, and "Raleigh Days" quickly became one of my favorite songs of 2020. Black vinyl, limited to 1200 copies.
