It's kind of crazy to think that this was the first Afghan Whigs 7" released since 1998. These are covers of Poliça and Still Corners, respectively. Both good. The 7" was released by Shake It Records in Cincinnati. They released a red vinyl version that was exclusive to the store, which sold out faster than I think a lot of people anticipated. The price for those has skyrocketed because of people who missed out. I expect that it will come down over time, but right now, it ain't cheap. There was also a black vinyl version that was distributed to indie stores - that was is relatively easy to find.
