New York Fever was initially released as a Moon CD. This one contained a particularly useful Moon catalogue (namely, the one in which they tried to assign MR
numbers to all of the releases with Toast numbers). The vinyl later appeared on Germany's Pork Pie Records with different artwork. It can be a minor
challenge to find the vinyl, but it is out there. I have seen it a few times. Black vinyl.
